Although it ended more than a month ago, I never had a chance to blog about this year’s Mr. Olympia competition. If you’re unfamiliar with Mr. Olympia, this is the “World Cup of Bodybuilding”. It’s plagued with drugs and scandals, which is why I don’t normally pay much attention. Regardless, it’s fascinating to see the physiques that are dominating the Bodybuilding world these days.
Jay Cutler finished in first place for the second consecutive year, with Victor Martinez and Dexter Jackson rounding out the top three. Perennial contender and bodybuilding legend Ronnie Coleman will have to settle for fourth place this year, although he looked fantastic yet again.

Even if you’re not big into the pro bodybuilding scene, you’ve probably heard of Ronnie Coleman. The big Texan is an 8-time Mr. Olympia, tying Lee Haney’s all-time record. He’s basically the modern Arnold Schwarzenegger (only way bigger).
